My experience at Brickstone

I just want to leave an honest review of this complex. It’s my experience and the time I called this place home. From the beginning I knew this place was going to be a great place to call home due to the leasing agent helping me with everything and answering honestly on questions I had. The maintenance person is a very funny guy and knows his craft. When I submitted a maintenance request, it was done promptly and quickly. I was on the top floor and never had an issue with my neighbors. If anything it was smooth sailing. Parking is great and never had an issue. Want to say thanks to Rita and everyone there. Have a good one folks.

Great place to live with children

I am very satisfied with this apartment. I've lived in this place for over two years with my two little children. It is very quiet, safe, and clean. Also, management including staff is very professional. I really recommend this apartment.

Amazing place to live!!

This is such a great place to live they are always so helpful and repairs are quick if you need them. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years! The property is always clean and it is quiet.

Excellent South Salt Lake Living!

I have lived at Brickstone on 33rd for a year and three months now and I am extremely pleased with the experience I have had here. The apartments themselves and the appliances are in amazing shape and the community grounds are cared for exceptionally well. Occasionally, I go to the gym on-site and the weights and machines are satisfactory. As for neighbors, I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, but I've never heard voicers and everyone seems very respectful within the community. Also, perhaps because of the size of the apartments, my utility bills are super low, which is an enormous plus. I feel very safe living within this gated community, but also still easily connected to anywhere I need to go within walking or driving distance. The location is pretty great because it's equally convenient to get downtown or into the mountains in no time. I would also like to show some gratitude for Kremel, the wonderful maintenance professional who is always quick to respond to an issue and who never fails to complete any task thoroughly and with precision. The other day, my key broke off in my door and Kremel came by to lock my door for me after I had left for work and ended up fixing some odds and ends in addition to that. I greatly appreciated his help and also, I appreciated Rita Smith, the manager for her efficiency and understanding when it came to having a new key programmed for me once I arrived home. I truly have no complaints living here. Thank you so much!

Rita is AMAZING!!!!

Rita is an amazing manager who makes living within this apartment complex safe and inviting. Any concern we've ever had has been addressed and fixed within hours of informing them. Both Rita and the primary maintenance gentleman (I feel so bad I can't recall his name), are INCREDIBLE. They work to ensure the premises is clean and welcoming to any guests of ours, or us as residents. It can be intimidating to rely on two primary individuals for immediate needs when living in an apartment building, but Rita and the maintenance gentleman make it all worth it!! Highly recommend Brickstone Apartments as a safe location, gated community, and incomparable management.

Amazing

I’ve lived at Brickstone for almost 2 months now and it is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. The manager Rita is so friendly has provides exceptional service and responds quickly when i need assistance.

Great prices, nice appliances, safe location and walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and movie theater. The apartments are very clean and very well-maintained.
